It doesn't change once you had the babies does it? Some people ask the rudest questions. I like the last response the best:

R: God must have thought so too.
You are very blessed. I, for one, feel blessed to know you and to witness the miracles God has been performing in your lives. It is wonderful to watch your family grow. I am so happy for you five. And extended family too.
